John Osborne

John is an experienced podiatrist, having worked in sports and general podiatry. He is currently at La Trobe University completing postgraduate research in heel pain (plantar fasciitis) and considering the role foot strength and rehabilitation plays with the condition.

He has a particular interest in injuries such as heel pain, shin splints, sesamoiditis, patellofemoral pain, and tendinopathies of the foot and ankle. However, John also has experience managing patients with rheumatological conditions (e.g., arthritis), blisters, ingrown toenails, general foot care, and chronic disease management such as diabetes.

Tomos Miller

Tomos is passionate and enthusiastic about all aspects of foot health with experience across a wide range of fields including the diabetic foot, in-grown toenails and toenail surgeries, sports injuries and orthotics. He graduated with a Masters of Podiatric Practice in 2018 and has had further training in dry needling and soft tissue manipulation. 

As a practitioner, Tomos understands the impact foot health can have on your quality of life and the importance of keeping you healthy, active and on your feet. Tomos is particularly good at managing conditions such as in-grown toenails, heel pain, shin splints, stress fractures and tendon pathologies.
